Appointments
All services are by appointment only. We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
A confirmation email will be sent immediately after scheduling, including essential appointment details and a link to reschedule or cancel up to 72 hours beforehand.
You will also receive a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.
To maintain a comfortable and safe environment, no extra guests are allowed unless they are also booked for a service.
 
Deposits
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit of your selected service is required.
This amount will be applied to your total balance on the day of your appointment.
We kindly ask that you select your date and time carefully, as deposits are non-refundable in most cases.
However, in the event of an emergency or exceptional circumstance, refunds or accommodations may be considered at our discretion.
If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a new deposit will be required.
If we need to reschedule on our end for any reason, your deposit will remain valid.
 
Late Arrivals
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
A 15-minute grace period is given for minor delays.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a late cancellation, requiring:
• A new booking
• A new deposit
Please note: If the appointment before yours runs slightly over, your stylist also has a 15-minute grace period.
 
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment.
Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the remaining balance
No-shows will be charged the full service amount and may result in a temporary booking block
All outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.
 
Hair Preparation
Please arrive with your natural hair: Clean, product-free and fully dry. No grease, oil, gel, or leave-in conditioner.
If you booked a package that includes washing, this preparation does not apply.
